Parts are back from Sand & Powder

I picked up my parts up today, everything looks great.

I went with the 100% Gloss,I hope i don't regret it. So far I like it. 

Carb Is In the house

Woot! I got my Carburetor and Air Filter in today. Now i just have to wait for the engine casing to come back from sandblasting

Well Google finally decided to cut me a check for my Adsense account, which means more goodies for the Mag.

E50 Clutch Bushing

I also scheduled the power coating of my frame and wheels. Hopefully those parts will be finished mid next week.

Parts Ready For Sand Blasting

I"m sending my frame, forks, engine casing and wheels off to be sandblasted. I'm hoping my wheels still look safe after all the rust is removed :). I still haven't decided if i'm going to paint the frame and forks or have someone else do them.

New Used Shocks Have Arrived.

Got my new shocks in, the yellow will be painted black or Puch green I haven't decided.

New CDI is in the house

I bought a CDI Adventure Pack from http://www.treatland.tv

Now the only thing left is the carburetor and the engine will be complete :)

Painting My Techno Boss Pipe

So Decided to paint my chrome pipe. I think it turned out pretty good but when I took off the tape a little bit of the paint came off with it. I'm going to try again with a smaller strip of tape. Oh yea, I used some sort of high temp grill paint.

Prepping the frame for sandblasting

I did some cutting and grinding on the frame, I want to cut off all the extra tabs and brackets that I won't be using. I still have some grinding left, but i was happy with the work completed.

Rear Wheel

I decided to take the wheels off the frame today. I'm hoping i can get these cleaned up nicely.

After having a hell of a time getting the stripped screws out (thanx Bill) of the engine casing and a little cleaning this is how I ended the night. Now I need to get a clutch puller.

Well the engine is out and ready to be disassemble and cleaned. Most of the parts will be replaced with upgraded parts. Let the ordering begin.
